Sonny's First Birthday Celebration!
Last Christmas Eve, Diana and her lovely family came to visit me with the youngest member of their family, infant Sonny. Sonny was just 8 weeks old. Recently I received an invite to Sonny's First Birthday Party. I was in the area, so I made a stop to celebrate with his family. What an honor and privilege to receive such an invite, and I tried no to disappoint.
SANTA'S OF THE SUNSHINE STATE
Mrs. Claus and I are proud to be Founding Members of the newest IBRBS Chapter, Santas of the Sunshine State!
Santa and Mrs. Claus Volunteered at Give Kids the World Village!
Mrs. Claus and I spent the day volunteering at Give Kids the World Village in Kissimmee, Florida on Wednesday September 9th. Give Kids the World gives critically ill children and their families all expense paid vacations in Florida, with visits to the local amusement parks and attractions. It is a wonderful carefree place for these families to spend a few worry free days, completely staffed by loving and caring volunteers, who make these families stays as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. What a wonderful place to volunteer and show others how much you care. Mrs. Claus and I joined other Moose Fraternity volunteers throughout the week and we were so glad that we did!
Palm Tree Santas August workshop in
Tarpon Springs, Florida!
Over 80 Santas met in Tarpon Springs, Florida on the weekend of August 16th for two full days of workshops, training, fun and fellowship. There was lots of laughter and Ho, Ho, Ho's! Our trainers and hosts were Hall of Fame Santas, and Mrs. Clauses were in attendance too! We were also featured on Fox13 Tampa Bay news! A wonderful time was had by all and these training sessions allow us to be the best we can be!
